Antique 14K Gold Diamond Ruby Lion Head Double Strand Pearl Necklace. The necklace is in great antique estate condition and ready to wear. A few of the pearls are damaged with cracked nacre. The piece is hallmarked 585 14K. The piece is set with single cut diamond and ruby accents. The pearls are not round and  they are a cream color. They average around 7.25mm.
